I didn't eat in the restaurant but opted for a green tea jelly cup to go. It had Azuki and rice balls in it and a cup like that cost ¥380. It wasn't very out of the world but it was quintessentially Japanese :) it was crowded even though I went quite late at night. Would love to try their desserts served in the restaurant.

An interesting tea and desert menu. The food was well presented. Full of locals that ranged in age from school girls to grandmothers.

Opened since 1859, they had been serving green tea and related products since.
they have everything from noodles to desserts.
today I tried their dessert, since I had quite some green tea noodles.
The glass as you can see is a layer over layer of fruit, green tea jelly, green tea cake, mousse....
excellent.
I am sure this is not available elsewhere (not even in Osaka) and definitely worth a try.
A truly special gastronomic experience.

Apparently this building has 15 levels, 11 of which are some sort of shops and restaurants, we managed to get to the 11th level by lift and the esclator and had to take more escalators to walk on the skywalk. Very impressive building of steel and glass. My wife went mad with taking photos in the day and at night as the reflections are amazing throughout the building at the upper levels. There are some great restaurants on the 11th floor and there is a park on the 11th floor which has piped bird sounds to relax you.
You can get lost quite easily in this building so what out for the signs to indicate where you are.
