This place was recommended so we went for dinner. The waiter/manager was rude and condescending through the entire meal. My daughter ordered a mojito and it was really bad. The crab balls appetizer consisted of canned cold crab. The other items on the set menu were also sub par. The beef was good but not worth the price. We had much better beef at other places on the trip for less money. When the bill came it still had the mojito that we had sent back. When I questioned it the waiter didn't want to take it off the bill until I got irate. 9.00 drink on a 650.00 bill. Stay away from this place.

We had a delicious dinner in a totally distinguished atmosphere. We really enjoyed the tepanyakki cooking style of this restaurant, it was absolutely fantastic watching the chef cooking the food right in front of you, it was a great show!

Of course, the quality of the food was great and also enjoyed the friendly service of the waiters.

Even though the general quality of this restaurant was very high, we found the prices of this restaurant rather expensive. Having as a reference the cost of a any restaurant in Madrid rated with 1 michelin star, this restaurant's prices were even higher.

There's so much you can get here, start from the ambiance, scenery, hospitality to the meal it self we both expense about 15,000 yen... is it worth it? You may ask... it's very worth it just don't forget to reserve seat before you go there

Our last meal in Japan was at Itoh and we couldn't have asked for a better last meal. The kobe was so good as was all the rest of the food. After every course we kept saying it couldn't get any better, but then the next course would arrive and it was even better. The food it great, but it is very expensive.

Itoh Dining can be quite ambient and quiet in the early hour of service, but don't let this fool you into thinking the restaurant isn't great. This is a restaurant under Nobu, a famous Japanese chef and his name is basically the japanese equivalent of the Michelin star rating. Staff was very polite and lovely, and though their English was limited, they tried their best to ensure they got our order thoroughly right. This is also perhaps one of the only restaurants we have ever come across where they know what a Medium Rare steak should be. Kobe beef can normally cost approximately 3000 yen at some restaurants, but for the rather exorbitant price you pay here at Itoh, you definitely get what you pay for. Beef is extremely well marbled, and the Wagyu failed to disappointment either. Seafood was well cooked, with a crisp sear and tender center. We came back twice having been so impressed by the first visit! The sake is great too, and complements the meal well.
