We had a triple room, the queen bed and the single bed fitted nicely into the room with enough pace to open our luggage properly. The interior of the room needs an update though. A bit too oldish and too dim to my liking. The service provided by the staff is prompt and sincere.
Location wise, it's under 5 minutes from sannomiya station. You will walk past heaps of restaurants, a huge supermarket with a equally huge drug store and Daiso above the supermarket. Food wise, you are well covered.
I must say the breakfast at the hotel was yummy! If u like bread rolls and Danish pastries, u are in for a treat. They are freshly baked and crispy! The soup is great too. If u are a breakfast person and loves a good one, this hotel fits the bill.

Location:
The Oasis Supermarket is right next door, great Bakery, fresh fruit, sushi , beer and drinks, plus everything else you would expect. Many small eateries and coffee houses within 200 metres of the front door, turn left as you exit to find them.. Sannyomia Station is close by it is a 3 minute walk for the Port Line, 4 minutes for the JR line, 6 minutes for Hanku/Hanshin Lines, 6 minutes for Seishin Line and 8 minute walk for Kaigan Line. If arriving by train use the East exit at Sannyomiya Station to find the hotel.Taxi from Kobe Airport was 3,100 Yen or $35 Australian, it took 15 minutes. A taxi to the cruise ship terminal is between $15 and $20 Australian.Parking close by for those with a car.

Reception:
Reception is on the 5th floor and the hotels occupies Floors 5 to 10 in the building. Reception could handle all our requests in English.Check in time is 3pm but you can leave your luggage at Reception and sightsee until check in time.Small to medium size hotel.Friendly and efficient staff.

Room
The room has a Queen size bed, is basic with a chair, tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer girls.Small fridge and some hanging space. Room also has a single bed which we sat our suitcases on, so we could walk around the bed, a luxury in a Japanese Budget style hotel. Loads of power points, tv mainly Japanese Channels , Foreign Movies you need to pay for..but do not know if they are in English, French or German or dubbed in Japanese.
Bathroom has a shower over the bath and a a typical Japanese loo with all the gadgets at your fingertips. The room is spotlessly clean. Free wi fi is available and the speed is good.Our room had a view of the next building from our window. Could hear minor traffic noise, hotel on a small road, not on or beside a freeway!

Breakfast
Typical western buffet breakfast was included in our room rate, opens from 6.30am to 9.30am.
