Our guide arranged for us to have lunch at the delightful restaurant. We were told that Kobe beef is the best of the wagyu (literally Japanese cow). Its not available outside of Japan so when in Kobe try Kobe beef. It is very tender juicy and has great flavor. However I think it feels/taste of too much fat when you bite into it than I would like. It seem though that this fat is high in omega-3. We went there for lunch as our guide said it was cheaper compared to dinner. Even so its about USD 50 to 100 per person for the Kobe beef depending on the cut of the meat. Our guide had the Kobe beef hamburger which was cheaper but just as yummy.
