Well located hotel in Kobe very close to many attractions including the harbor. Nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast buffet is very nice as well. Service is simply excellent. Michiru Kikkawa located in the first floor really stood out with excellent service at arrival and departure. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kobe.

A beautiful hotel with everything you could wish for. From a lovely entrance, stunning views from the bar area, fantastic breakfast buffet and not to forget the toiletries which were beautifully presented in a drawer. The room itself was so comfortable I did not want to leave. A separate bathroom and toilet (with heated seat), the list goes on. I guess the only thing I found annoying was the lighting was a tad too dark but considering everything else was perfect this was just a minor thing. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a luxurious hotel for their stay.

I couldn’t imagine a better stay in Kobe. From the service to the location to the food, everything was great. The Tepanyakai restaurant was amazing with a great view, the bar and bartenders were fantastic, and the room was very luxurious and spacious after coming from Tokyo. Don’t even second guess it, just book it. 👍

I recommend this hotel!!This hotel is very clean. The things most like is amenity set!! It's very cool design. And also good location.The room is very relaxable, very quiet. This hotel was worth the price.

The hotel is good ... with an efficient staff, clean and spacious room.
The breakfast seating is a little odd, but if that is the only issue .. it was really compensated by the rest!
