When you travel through Japan you will notice that the rooms are pretty small most of the time. This room wasn’t! It’s equipped with a kitchen and couch. Located bear the menorial sites and there is a small supermarket closeby. I would recommend this place!

Stayed here for our first visit to Hiroshima. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was great and reasonably priced. There is a convenience store 100 m away. It is located close to the peace park.

Words cannot do justice to the true homely quirkiness of this place. If you can find it, and if you manage to get a room in the Main building, that is.

Checking in with a large group was an exhausting and confusing process with multiple buildings and unclear procedures.

However, upon settling in my hipster retro room, complete with fancy bath and toilet (with special shoes) tatami and bold patterned wallpaper and funky decor, I settled in for a solid sleep.

Breakfast service is quirky as well, but provides enough choice for almost all tastes.

What an unusual find!

Very big room and above all the bath was wonderful with the small coloured light !

The room is clean, you can have a kitchen too inside.

It is located close to the tramway station Dobashi. Not far from this hotel you can find the dome and the castle.

The hotel is convenient to favorite sites such as the Memorial Peace Museum, the Peace Memorial Park, and lots of historical sites with reference to WWII Atomic Bomb history. There are many, many shops, malls, banks and trolley. Taxis are everywhere and are very efficient and friendly. The hotel has very small bathrooms and not recommended for people that are big and tall. Everything else is average, cleaned and safe. I stayed in an annex so that means I had to walk about a block away to eat breakfast which I didn't mind as it is a good morning exercise. Breakfast is free but be prepared to eat rice every day but they did have other selections such as bread, potatoes and lots and lots of vegetables! The owner was very friendly and came out to meet us and asked if we were comfortable. That was an excellent gesture.

Room tip: Rooms at the annex is about 5-minute walk to the restaurant that offered free breakfast. The room only had one pillow.
