We had a nice stay. It was a very simple room but they provided attentive service. The Snow Festival is about 10 minutes walk. It's not walkable from Sapporo Station but is doable from Susakino Station (though not in the snow with heavy bags). The older lady does not speak English but the male owner has quite good English. Only complaint would be the chain smokers outside our door on the first floor. For less than 8,000 for two adults and a child we thought it fair value.
