The location is good take a few minutes walk to the center of shopping.
Restaurant for breakfast quite small but the staff very attentive and clear all tables very fast so don't have to wait that long.
I was there when the hotel announced for electric brown out and caused air cond was unable to use. Luckily the weather was not that hot and appreciated to front desk staff their brought a cooling fan for us once I called.

Good, clean accommodation in the heart of Sapporo
I wouldn't mind staying here again if I go back to Sapporo. It's your typical small sized Japanese hotel complete with toiletries, mini ref, blow dryer, slippers & pyjamas (yes Pj's!). Clean, comfy and less than 2km walk from Susukino station. They were doing some renovations the time we visited and stayed here and maybe some rooms were affected by their air conditioning system. But I'm glad our room was fine. Small but enough to accommodate 2 medium sized luggages. Bed was comfy too and overall, it was clean! I recommend this hotel esp for the price we got it. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Nice hotel for a trip
The hotel is located near sapporo shopping street. 1 km to jr station. Along the way you can find odori park, clock tower, red brick parliament building. There are many traditional dining places along the street. Ramen, yakiniku, sushi. You can walk to tanukikoji street. Or you can escape from cold weather to shop underground at pole town.

Very near to Susukino shopping area
I love my stay at Tmark City Hotel Sapporo. Very near to the Susukino Snow Festival Event. Few minutes to shopping areas and restaurants. No hassle during check-in. All gentleman at the front desk speak English well but not the two Ladies. Cannot communicate will with them. Spoke small English and cannot understand some.

Not the best, but excellent service makes it up
Situated 900m away from susukino, a vibrant area with lots of shops and eateries throughout the day and night. It is just minutes walk from a shopping street, ferries walk and O-dori park which is just having a yearly snow festival event.

Excellent location, but room is really small and bathroom is really cramped. Breakfast is really meh, the food is below average.
However they have excellent service, especially John at the reception. He is really helpful and professional when handling your queries. Even came up to our room to tell us how to get to the airport and changed a rusty kettle to a new one. He is a white who can speak English. Well done!

Tiny room but it was okay for a couple. Didn’t really have the room to my luggage open though. Surroundings are not ideal for families with children. Breakfast was horrible for my husband who is used to continental style.
