Recently stayed in a Twin Club room. This hotel is beautiful! would defiantly stay here again. Hotel is in a great location and a quick walk to an entrance to the amazing Xi'an City wall.

The Pool and Gym area will not let you down.

Hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

When returning to Xi'an in the future would not consider staying elsewhere!

Ok, we didn't choose this hotel but it certainly meets our expectations of the Hilton chain.
The only down side to many of the hotels is uncomfortable seating (small hard love seat) in the room and very little seating in the lobby for waiting for your tour groups.
Otherwise no complaints. Meals in Xi'an were prearranged so we only tried the breakfast buffet. It was good but we found throughout China that none of the buffets were even warm despite being on warming dishes.
Service was good, polite and prompt. The front desk staff all spoke very good English.
Unfortunately we only had a day and half in this city so didn't get to experience very much other than the Terra Cotta Soldiers (AMAZING!!)
We would stay in this hotel in this city again.

The hotel, while fairly new, seems dated with significant signs of wear. The rooms are good size but again seem dated. The surrounding area is definitely not upscale and not close to the Bell Tower or the City Wall. The food in the restaurant on the main floor is substandard and I highly recommend that you eat out for an authentic Chinese meal. Xi'an has a substantial muslim population and this hotel is right in the middle of it. Definitely try the Chinese food, muslim style at the restaurant right across the street.

We appreciate the upgraded room on excutive floor, but not the embarrassment of being told not to allow to have the service (breakfast and afternoon tea) one day later. So, the upgrading rules were not very clear, but the gesture of upgrading was good. It is not walking distance to the center of town (Bell tower & Mosqe Square).

Room Tip: Rooms on the courtyard side.

This hotel is located within the old city wall, fifteen minute walk to East gate. We booked this stay on the Hotel's website in advance and got a really special deal for the Ambassador Suite. This suite is the most amazing hotel stay we have ever had. There are 2 toilets, beautiful bathroom with luxurious amenities, comfortable large bed, desk with office space, dining room and loungeroom. The wardrobe area was as big as most hotel rooms. This is luxury at its best! Security to go up in lift was good requiring room card. When checking in we were ushered up to the club floor and invited to sit in lounge chairs and brought a teapot of green tea while another couple were still being checked in. The girls on the club floor were so efficient and helpful, spoke excellent English and a special mention of Maria. Breakfast downstairs had a really good variety of Asian and western foods and was delicious.

Room Tip: Treat yourself to Ambassador Suite. Book early get a good rate.

Due to my foot injury, I was only able to walk on crutches during my stay in Xian. Not only did the staff there take the extra step and pay attention to all my special requests, they always took the initiative to help me wherever is needed. In short, they did a supreme job taking care of my stay !
