Comfortable stay & no frills hotel. Staff were helpful & able to advise on the local transport options. About 3 stops to city centre by bus. The hotel need to update its actual address as the online listed address is not detailed enough. Overall I still have a pleasant 4 nights stay.

Room Tip: If the staff ask for your room preference just let them decide. They'll allocate a room in a better location.

Cheap in price. Good location, near big malls and can walk to train station, also near a bus stop which buses can arrive most spots. Nice and polite staff. Fairly clean bed, not fancy but good enough to stay. Good wifi.

We walked up and down the street for a couple of hours before we found our prepaid hotel, the Bestay down a side street. None of the locals seemed to know it either. It's cheap and clean, hostel-type accommodation. The bathroom and toilet is separated from the sleeping area by frosted glass only. It's a little awkward using the bathroom when your holidaying with your brother! Unfortunately, we managed to block the toilet (Chinese plumbing is pretty dodgy), but housekeeping was able to rectify this. Chinese plumbing is generally antiquated, so housekeeping is probably used to unblocking toilets. There a very large supermarket & food court across the main road from the Bestay that we chanced upon. We bought lots of food from there. I think it would be hard to find too!

We were originally booked into this hotel for 2 nights but after arriving there stayed only 1. It is difficult to communicate with the reception staff and even getting them to identify on a map where the hotel was located inside the city walls was very hard as they did not seem to know. This hotel caters for Chinese tourists and struggle to help westerners, although the young tenant there did help me to by some water out of the vending machine. The rooms are a little small and cleanliness was not there strong point and the towels to get dried with resemble face cloths. This hotel is ok for a stopover but don't expect to meet other travelers. we moved to Huang Hung House which is in a great location, clean, excellent food with an opportunity to met some nice people. We stayed in room 303 it was a good size, clean with comfortable beds, Worth a little bit more money and is in a good central area,

The hotel is at a good location! You can easily take the bus to everywhere you want or just walk around in the area.

I booked a cheap room with no window, because I didn't mind that at all. The bed was good (nice pillows and blanket) and the shower was warm and powerfull.

The staff can not speak English (same as everywhere in China) but if you ask something they will try to help you by using a translate program. But they are more focused on the Chinese tourist.

And if you ask you can use the washing machine for free! You only have to buy washing powder yourself and that's no problem because there are a lot of supermarkets in the area.
