Our guide recommended this restaurant for dinner on our first night in town but as we where all tired we ate in the hotel. We should have come that night as we would have come straight back the next. Our waitress and some other staff spoke some English, but like others we got by with pointing at the photo, and a number. The fried dumplings are nice and a very big serve, we enjoyed the fried rice as it tasted clean and not fatty or heavy oil as elsewhere. The beef pancake was nice as was the beef sandwich (crispy bread) Don't order too much as they are good size servings. You can get much cheaper food elsewhere BUT you get what pay for. This was 1/4 the price of the hotel and nicer. We enjoyed a walk along the river after on the way home, a great way to work off the meal. Also go after about 730 the locals have thinned out and the wait staff can take a little more time.
