“Enjoyable”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 12, 2012

Enjoyable views, interesting walk up, set in a university campus. We got a discount from our hostel, so worth it then, otherwise quite expensive. Nice views even with a December Haze.

“Beautiful and historical”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 26, 2012

The solitary beauty peak is the only peak standing in Jingjiang Prince City. The beauty of the hill is not just from its appearance but also from its history. There are many stone inscriptions on the hill, which are very amazing for me.

“Princely sum for the Prince's Palace”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 25, 2012

Paid RMB70 for a ticket to get into the old city and Prince's Palace, which included the right to climb the Peak. Need to be fit as the stairs are steep and relativey unsafe by Western standards. Outlook over Guilin from the top is worth the climb. There is an art gallery that is worth a look on the way out.

“a very very steep climb to the summit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 12, 2011

Unlike Diecai Hill, climbing to the top of this peak is quite the adventure. The stairs are very very steep (some are almost a foot), a bit uneven, and in many places, all you have to steady yourself is a chain bolted to the side of the mountain. Never the less, the views are wonderful, and it makes for a nice brief workout.

“Worst in China!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 18, 2011

You have to pay addmision of 65 RNB and you see nothing! Just one nice hill you can climb but you can do it anywhere else outside this stupid park! Dont go there and save your money-Seven star park is much better!
