“A little over-hyped”
Reviewed March 9, 2013

OK, so from a certain angle this could look a little like an elephant. A nice rock formation and fine views after climbing to the top but not really too much else of interest for the price.

To protect their profits, the park have planted bamboo to stop you having a full view from the street but really I'd probably just peek through that and instead head further north to Diecai Hill where there's a lot more variety and fantastic views.

This place was definitely worth the visit for all ages. Everything about it was beautiful and peaceful. A great place to spend the day hiking and enjoy the nature all around.

“Great views, tourist prices”
Reviewed February 27, 2013

Sneak in the back way via a "bamboo" boat, and you can get in for 25¥ instead of ¥70. We did go during the Spring Festival season, so everything was more expensive anyway, but 70kuai admission is too expensive! Views def some of the best in the area, and convenient.

“Worth a visit”
Reviewed February 2, 2013

Explore the mountain tunnel and rock formations, and climb the mountain. A good place for families with kids that like to be active. They make some kind of vinegar at the bottom of the hill in a space that looks like a pumpkin. Couldn't figure that one out. Nice place for an afternoon hike.
