really enjoyed the view...the room is great and really big! great service but need to improve more. will be back soon! Actually this is my second time already....I havent tried the pool yet, ill try it next time i visit GZ coz last time it was still close. A magnificent view at the buffet restaurant, i love to have my breakfast there everyday! The four seasons is really great when it comes to service. I was surprise that the concierge lady there recognize me on my second visit and she even ask about my satisfaction from the last bar that she recommends. Good job

Room Tip: ask for a higher room! and the view from the tower

Excellent Hotel except location a bit remote and not easy to find when you drive there..
Staff should provide a warm welcone or brief introduction to new guest to the hotel.
Hotel did provide traditional Guangzhou food in room dining which is very special.

Room Tip: Asked for a better view..

Absolutely loved the Four Seasons Hotel - which only started on the 70th floor!! Rooms and bathrooms are glassed floor to ceiling - with magnificent views. Rooms and bathrooms extremely spacious with great amenities. Lovely spa and pool. Staff extremely friendly and willing to assist - although with some there was a bit of a language barrier.

Room Tip: Ask for the bathrooms and bath with a view

Take a Four Seasons hotel, give it a modern look, install it on the top 30 floors of 100-story building, and give guests dramatic views through floor to ceiling windows in their rooms, and voila--a special place.

I've seen a few reviews take a whack at the service, but that wasn't my experience. Service and staff were Four Seasons all the way--crackerjack. Swift, polite, efficient.

Oftentimes you have a toss-up--do I want the modern hotel with all the amenities, or do I want the sweeping views. Here, you get both. And the views are something you will seldom find anywhere else in the world.

Go and enjoy. it's a reason in and of itself to visit Guangzhou.

Room Tip: I'm not sure there's a bad room in the house, considering the lobby is on the 70th floor and...

The view is awesome but the room hygiene....Is probably the worse i‘ve ever stayed. In one night,i changed the room three times!First room, 1: insect was crawling on the napkin; 2:full of dirty on the phone; Second room, 1:hair on the bed sheet; 2:stains on the bed towel; 3:bathtub still had water; Third room, toilet didn't flush. When I complain to the duty manager, she promised me will check other room carefully for me. Then i stay with the insect waitting for 30 minutes. Again...Again....Every times when i complain, they just promised me will check carefully, then i need to waitting for 30 minutes minimum. But every times i was really really disappointed(if that a four season?if that a luxury hotel?)It’s just wasteing my time.if that any clean room in this hotel???Next morning i went to the buffet restaurant with my friend, the buffet breakfast is so so and no more choice. But when i asked for a coffee,i still need to wait for 5 to 10 minutes! After the breakfast,i and my friend about feel stomachache! if that four seasons???? i pay 1500 rmb for this??it's crazy

Best hotel in Guangzhou miles ahead of the rest...
The design of the room was so so in a term of facilties, not really for us wokable but the view is here to make you feel better like the rate!!!
In a Hotel we expect the service to be at the level of the brand!!!
Sorry but it is a beautiful four seasons but without the touch...(like mainly all the hotel in guangzhou)
The view in the lounge is ok but the staff is like ghosts...you see them every twenty minutes if you are lucky...
we went to the top floor 99 bar and the service is just ok and it is cigarland!!!
Minimum to spend is 800 rmb for window seat or non smoking seat!!
This is unacceptable to pay for non smoking area...(by the way for previous comments we did not see the sunset here, it is in the other side of the biulding)
The snacks were expensive and too small and we are still looking for the lobster in the dish mentioning it.!
Classic champagne cocktail is so so and service of champagne ridiculous...
Please for all the champagne in this part of the world order them on ice with icebucket full of ice and water(most important ingredient)
Next day we went to the chinese for lunch and it was a disaster...
Menu presented was durty and communication very difficult for simple order...
Food was ok but not exceptional...
Tea service was really good.
When it comes to the Buffet restaurant one of the manager was not able to tell us the pasta of the day!!!
The buffet looks good but it is a Four seasons right?

Overall, we agreed to pay our room rate for the view and interior design of this property but the price and service in the outlets we have visited were CRAZY!!!(not four seasons)
Charge me what ever you want but deliver some service or at list pretend to!!!

Room Tip: For the room ask the west side the view at night is cool... Ask for higher floors...only joking, tr...

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in July. Fortunately for us we were upgraded to a suite with a riverfront view on the 76th floor which included one complimentary breakfast and 1 hour free internet daily during our stay. The view was awesome at night, the bridge lit up, the changing colours on the Canton Tower and the Pearl River cruisers. Breakfast was expensive, however they had a wide assortment of both Asian and western choices including made to order selections. I definitely didn't get my money's worth but enjoyed the experience and the exotic fruit selections. The hot breakfast menu changes daily so you are not eating the same items daily.

In the suite, the toilet and shower are separated and there is a large soaking tub to relax in after a long day. Room is very spacious with a sofa and a desk. I was surprised to see Occitane products in the bathroom. Good size counters with his and hers basins. Slippers were lush unlike others.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, it's a good value. Metro station is close by and if you are into name brands the Guangzhou Friendship Store is beside the hotel.

Room Tip: Show up after 6:00 pm and maybe you might also get an upgrade.
