TERRIBLE !!!!!! VERY DIRTY

Hi , we stayd in that apartment 29 days. There is no logo on the street with name of that property. Difficulte to find ... However we did ... ask 10 people - had luck one of them could communicate in english. We went on 8 th floor - to check in - already when we step there ..we showed much dirt. We had to wait till 12 so we left that property to find something to drink and eat after our trip. We came back and the key of our apartment was ready. There was a boy which helped us with our bags - we went to stay in floor 6 th - when we get in , in the room GET SCARED !! there was spiders web on the walls .... and smeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel..........
HORROR !!!! we went to bathroom ....bath ?? ! You would not step it in !! DIRTY !!! ( ll attached some photos) We wrote on the page that we bought that stay that we would like money back ... and reception react with changing our aparment to another one .. was looking better ... we decide to stay ....and it was our wrong decision !!! under the bathroom had : A HUGE : mashroom !!!
when the cleaning lady came - we showed her this - she screamed and get scared ... She didint see it before ??? take a opinion now ... how THEY CLEAN THE ROOMS: It was taking them everyday 5 minutes - they were changing towels - cream colour .. white was not and the most was riddled, taking garbages - and cleaning the 2 tables - putting toilet paper - if there was a dishes they were making and them and claning the floor .. with a smelly thing ...
after which we sit 30 minutes with open window to take out that BADLY SMELL ! the carpet was not vacuumed never.... !!! all that 29 days .....;(((((((((((((((((( hen never rubs - only 2 tables ....
Loud 24 hour construction noise, mouldy smell, dirty, insects....one also in the fridge.....
300 RNB as a deposit was taking ... but they gave back on check out !
Price ? TO EXPENSIVE - if you come on Your own can find LUX with the half money that You gonna spend on that apartment ....
Not happy at all ....

Loud 24 hour construction noise, mouldy smell, dirty, insects, etc. . .

24 hour noise is heard from either side of this apartment building from building construction in every direction. The smell of mould in the room was too much to bear. Large, fast cockroaches running in the apartment on the 17th floor. Staff speak very little English, but hostile unwelcoming. This apartment rental business was previously called the J.Living Private apartments and now changed it's name to T-inn. Nothing good to say and a terrible place to stay.

Excellent service and worth the money spent

Hi. This service apartment is the best for ppl who can cook and make their own food. For vegetarian Indian there are no restaurants in the nearby area which is walkable. But the hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. Sean, this guy helped us very much. For those who want to attend the fair this hotel is very near. I enjoyed my stay over there

nice clean apartment

as a previous rewier said one of the smaller apartments on the 8th floor has been converted into their reception/ office.
about the apartment:
its clean and big has a balcony with a clothes line, the kitchen is equipped with a induction heater,a microwave ,a large fridge and a hot water kettle .there is also a washing machine below the counter
there is a lac of any crockery ,cutlery and pots and pans. having them would have been great.
there are a few restaurants a couple of mins walk away and the metro is about a few mins walk away.
all in all it is a good place .

New apartment in a new area

The apartment is recently finished, and the area is also brand new. Many of the buildings in the area is still being constructed, which is causing a lot of noise during the day (even in weekends). The area is new, so it does not feel like Guangzhou actually. The apartment is 5 min walk from the nearest train station, and is 15-30 min taxi ride from most of the business districts in Guangzhou. The room itself is only ok, although it's newly renovated, but it's not well maintained. Carpets are not regularly vacuumed, toilet has a little bit of moldy smell etc. But you get most of these in most of the 4 star hotels in China.

In short, the area is quite enjoyable, 10 min from the Asian game park (a great place for an evening walk), convenient location for business and leisure travellers. The only thing is that there are not many stores around as the area is still being developed.

Room Tip: Ask for higher floors for less street noise, and ask for the rooms facing the city side, then you get a good view of the new CBD in the nights
