I can say it is the best hotel in madinah and on top of that with the best service you can get from such a friendly and family like staff. From check in to room service to food everything was right on top. Chef Asif and chef Ilyas have treated us like a family proving us the type of food we want for our group of 14 people. We were served 24/7 from them with support from their colleagues. Mr. Alaa has been really helpful too. I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel visits madinah and requires a top service.

Visited Madinah Oberoi with Family for Hajj 2017 and found the hotel to be one of the best I have stayed in. Very close to Haram & amazing food with cooperation by Chef Asif Khan & his whole team who made us feel like family.

100% Recommended & will visit again.

Nice hotel next to haram door 26 perfect place to visit 'raoudha' door 25 next to many shops. Good food and service. Nice view on the haram from the restaurant. Avoid room 1435 dark no natural light no view from the window. Hajja and omra mabrouka !

I stayed in this hotel in 2013 on hajj with my wife and it was great. But this time it is different all together. I am on hajj again with my Mrs and customer service is unbelievable. Room is clean and good size with haram view. But in restaurant all services are great and unbelievable. I've stayed in many five star hotels around the word but have never seen customer service like this . Managers put water in our glasses.they ask every body again and again if we need anything else. Specially Mr tarik. What a great person he is. My Mrs was not feeling well and I asked him if I can take some food upstairs and he sent all stuff himself with waiter. They made us feel special for them. Mr Abdul Rashid, Mr qias, and Mr Jhangir every one excellent. Hats off to management.
Whenever I'll come for Hajj in future Insha Allah my choice will be same.
It is an old hotel so lifts are little problem and some times wifi.

Mum and i checked in and got to the room and there was a king bed in there instead of two singles. I went down to reception thinking there was some kind of mix up and they would simply move us to another room. However they were fully booked and said they would send houskeeping to sort it out.

Housekeeping came & Initially they were planning on putting another bed in the room next door. After i explained the qole story and showed that another bed would not fit a manager (Jamiul) was call to come have a look. Jamiul was all about customer service, he asked what I would like, when i said we need two singles his immediate answer was yes no problem. So i left it with him, went to dinner and when we returned the bed base was split, king mattress gone & two singles installed and made up.

Thanks Jamiul and the houskeeping team and all the people at the Oberoi including the meals rooms ok level 19. You are all so welcoming and happy to help facilitate the customers needs. Keep up the great customer service
