The rooms are never cleaned unless you make a fuss.when we came in we had no towels.after 2 days we were given 3 towels for 6 people. If they do clean, bathrooms are done, just the floors and no bedrooms.I will never stay in this place again.it has prime position but no management.there's 1 floor boy for 28 rooms on each floor.there's nobody in authorithy you can speak to.I have come to madinah a few times, but never stayed in a place where to have the place cleaned you at the mercy of the floor boys who also clean rooms of people that have to tip them each day.

On our recent visit to Medinah, we stayed at the Arac Taibah Suites. The Apartments are well furnished, and functional and made for a comfortable stay in the two bedroom unit. The Haram facing units have an amazing view and one can gaze for hours at the Mosque and its pilgrims. The hotel is also situated on the Mosques doorstep, and with plenty of lifts and entrances, going to the mosque is hassel free. The only issue is Housekeeping, whom we had endless issues with as they act as if they doing you a favour by cleaning your room. On one occasion our room was cleaned after 9pm. The Front desk and Concierge Staff were helpful. In short, a lovely and convenient place to stay if only the staff service and housekeeping were more engaging and service orientated.

Room Tip: Choose a Haram facing room with two bathrooms, as the city facing are very isolated without a view.

There are only two things that make this property great. The close proximity to the haram and the refurbished apartments. Our bookings were confirmed as 2 apartments but arriving after a day of travelling we were told that there was some sort of leak in the rooms and they could not accommodate us that night but would provide accommodation at another hotel for the night. That was obviously a lie because after 2 hours of phone calls we were "magically" given our apartments. Our efficient travel agent ,Fazila Malek had to phone the head of the hotel group to insist that we be given the rooms. The older apartment was comfortable but needs lots of attention. There isn't enough cutlery, towels and the cleaning services leaves much to be desired. I hope that in time they will improve on their services as the location is worth it!!!

There is nothing great about this Hotel except the location. InshAllah in my next visit to Medinah i may go back to this place only for its location and well equipped kitchen. Other than that staff is completely disengaged and looks like they are forced to work there. Housekeeping is very poor, room charges are relatively high. Furniture, drapes, linen is all due for replacement.

Room Tip: Please reconfirm your booking and carry the relevant confirmation forms because the staff at the rec...

We stayed at a two bedroom apartment;the apartment was spacious with the basic amenities, but there were a few minor issues, such as floor drain in the kitchen overflowing when we checked-in,one light in the bathroom not working, foul toilet smell inside the apartment, toilet flush not working...but all were attended to and rectified immediately.
The hotel is located very close to the Prophet's (pbuh) Mosque, and very close to eateries, supermarket etc.
I wouldn't mind staying here again, but not for the price that i paid..its a bit old and furniture seems worn out...and i feel it was very highly priced.
The wifi is not free, but my cousin who stayed at the same hotel (we checked-in together) got a couple of free vouchers to use the internet, but when i asked for it,they said i have to pay!!

Currently in Al Madinah at the apartment. Got a refurbished 4 room apartment that is very spacious for our family of 7. Very good value for money and well worth it just for location - less than a couple of hundred meters from Haram and close to all amenities, food courts etc. Very comfortable and private. Some minor issues but nothing big enough to spoil the trip.

3rd trip to the city with family but first time here. Will definitely return and recommend. Got 5 nights more here before we depart. Kids love it.

The apartment hotel was spacious. Well equipped.
Front row facing the haram. Very accessible to the Haram from many different points from the building.
Bin Dawood is very close, including other eateries and retail shops. You don't have to wander very far for your needs.
Culinary and cutlery wares were adequately provided.
Medium-sized fridge and a good working washing machine. Works great if you have laundry for older children as well.
Parking in the basement is an added advantage even though you have to fork out SAR 50/day, as all the elevators take you straight to your floor.
The reception is small and language could be a barrier during check-in even if you speak Arabic. Communication for a very small section of their reception could have been more pleasant and effective. But by all means, none were even in the slightest way rude by any standards.
InsyaAllaah, first choice for next visit.
