If this hotel wasn’t in KSA, they’d be slapped with a major lawsuit or shut down. They are friendly enough and the rooms are nice enough, but they will willingly compromise your information without thinking anything of it. I took a room for myself there about 2 weeks ago and had no problems. Then, yesterday, I started getting harassing text messages and phone calls from an insane, psychotic woman who thought I was sleeping with her husband. It turns out she had contacted the hotel and they just handed over all my personal information to her, and she decided to unleash her anger on me.
The release of private information is completely unconscionable and in most places, illegal. Ramada Hotels should be ashamed of themselves and I will be sure to let them know that these are the kinds of practices that they support.
Do not stay here unless you’re willing to share your phone number, address, passport details, and any other confidential information, with the general public. They also don't bother to mention that your room will be RIGHT next to a mosque, so even though you have a bed, you can't expect to get any rest.
