Me and my travel mate (both foreigner and non-Russian speakers) stayed for two nights in January in an en-suite twin room. All was clean and well prepared. The breakfast was good (porridge, bred and cereals) and de staff was very helpful, some of them had spoken some English.
Unfortunately we could not go to the sauna. It was booked for a private event. The sauna would be very expensive (2000 rubles).
Very good is the free washing service for the clothes.
