located not far off the city center square in a park where the owner has transform the surroundings of the restaurant into an actual Sakura park in Spring-Summer period. (They actually have small ponds, bridges, and sakura trees which blossoms). It's a small cozy restaurant, but has extra outdoor seating during the summer period. Serves good and affordable Japanese cuisine. They have even cheap business lunch sets which is a deal, including a 3-course meal. Great service offered too.
