The hotel is opposite to the Central Railway station in Yekaterinburg. Rooms need to be renovated, old furniture, no curtains on the window. Very good breakfast like in a 5 star hotel. Staff is nice, but you get only one key to your room. You find a lot of cheap restaurant close to the hotel and there is a tram to the city centre. I recommend the hotel only for 1-2 nights.
This hotel was perfectly located from the train station as it was opposite.
The room was a good size with great view from 13th floor. Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Twin room booked on day of arrival cost £40 between us both. The only down side was that we didn't have any tea or coffee facility in the room.
Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone needing somewhere to stay.
A great location for train traveller, right across the square from the station. Shopping streets start right from the hotel. It is run very efficiently and you get a quick check-in and check-out. ATMs and currency exchange opened 24 hours in the lobby.
The breakfast was just amazing in its variety of offerings and quality of food. No hot water jug in the room BUT you find a hot and cold water fountain in the corridor of each floor A truly excellent restaurant on the ground floor. It also has a souvenir shop opened till late night.
Supermarkets, deli shops and shopping centres within in the surrounding streets.
Don't be put off by unprepossessing exterior.
Clean, bright, modern interior with friendly and welcoming staff.
Didn't have breakfast but excellent value at £33.
Use their left luggage facility rather than the very busy and automated station facility.
Останавливался в номере люкс- апартаменты с полупансионом.Ожидания хорошего не оправдались... В санузле номера стояла жуткая вонь.В номере за все время пребывания не производилась уборка.При просьбе убрать в номере и заменить белье ,было обещано,но не исполнено.Шведский стол скудноват, а персонал ,встречающий в ресторане не имеет представления,что гостей для начала, следовало бы приветствовать,а не сходу требовать ключи от номера.Имейте в виду,что лифты нужно ждать пол часа.Одним словом ,до звезд ,объявленных гостиницей, далековато...Номер и обслуживание не оправдывают цен.
Stayed in a room-apartment with a half board. My positive expectations were not justified.. There was a terrible stink in the bathroom. Service was terrible as well, within the whole period they have not cleaned the room. When we asked to change bedding and clean, reception desk did promise,however, request was ignored. There is pretty nothing nice to eat at the buffet for breakfast,same for dinner.Restaurant stuff has no idea about manners or service discipline, without greetings they keep asking for room keys every single time. Keep in mind that the elevators you will need to wait for a half an hour. Finally, from the stars announced by the hotel, Far away. Room facilities and service are not value for the price.
Would not stay there one more time.
Perfect location! Opposite Railway station and just 100 m from subway. Center of the city is not so far even by foot. Hotel is clean, rooms are big, staff are professional. Few supermarkets are near to the hotel.
