Stayed at this hotel in the room named “Australia” at the beginning of June 2012. Overall impression is very positive. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, literally less than a hundred steps from the main walking street. Our room was very large but at first sight a bit overloaded with furniture. What surprised and impressed me was the radio in the bathroom. One of few drawbacks was that we heard a lot of noises from neighboring rooms (men speaking to each other, coughing etc.) But as there is only seven rooms in this hotel and we were too tired after walking the streets of Kazan all day long, it was not such a big problem for us.
Breakfast also was rather good, but keep in mind that it is not breakfast buffet! You will have to order what you are going to have for breakfast the day before. And if you are used to abundant breakfasts you’d better order more than one option from the list, that they will propose to you or you will have to go somewhere else to appease your morning hunger.More
