I should have known right away that it was not going to be a good experience by how empty it was. The ribs were extremely greasy, without any spices/marinade, they just took pork ribs and fried them in oil, god knows how many times that oil was used. They measure them by grams, not by pieces. They came with nothing, no side dish, no leaf of lettuce, just the sauce. I ordered four ribs, tea, and a piece of pie, and paid around $25.00 for it. The service was horrible, the waitress looked down upon me as if letting me know that i wasnt good enough to dine in their establishment. Then came another one, a little friendlier. The place is dark, more suitable to a mens club, so 90s. In my opinion, there are so many better choices in Perm now, with better food, better service, and better atmosphere.
