Ok, the downside: The staff don't speak English (but you're outside Moscow, right?) - the upside: it's a fairly good hotel in a safe location, reasonably priced and all the taxi drivers know it. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too, and the staff recommended a good restaurant with the help of some hand gestures/translations. I'd stay again.
