Nothing is to much trouble. Service is professional and friendly. Rooms were full of character, clean and modern. Quiet and peaceful. Tea and coffee avaiable al day. Good breakfasts. Great beds for good night's sleep - after hours trekking around the wonderful St Petersburhg and all its secrets. Very agreeable bathrooms with great products. Excellent tour guides on hand arranged by the staff. Throughly reccommended. River tours also a must.
Local restaurants offered some great food. Foodies need not go hungry or be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I went for a long weekend in St. Petersburg last winter. The location of the hotel is amazing, right next to... well everything, including the hermitage, St Isaac cathedral, Nyevsky Prospect, etc. All the staff speak great English and know the city intimately. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, attention has been payed to detail, perhaps due to the diminutive size of the hotel (just five rooms). This also means that staff are always on hand to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

this is a great little place. Only 5 rooms, so the service is excellent, staff know who you are and speak great English. This also means you can easily meet and chat to the other guests over breakfast - great porridge. One of the best features is the tea / coffee at any time of the day or night. When you come in from a hard day sightseeing, someone is always there to make you a cup of tea, wonderful. Rooms large and very comfortable. Internet and international phone calls are free. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect location in the city to stay. It is the ideal balance between the Hermitage, Nevsky, the river, St Issacs, Mariinsky. We could walk to every single attraction if we wanted to.

The room itself we were in (the biggest) was probably the largest single city hotel room I have stayed in (though it did have a curtain to divide in two so 3-4 peopel could stay there. The room was clean and warm and tastefully decorated. Motlon Brown shower products were a plus.

Breakfast is continental with scrambled / boiled eggs made for you. Breakfast food and soft drinks are available throughout the day, so you could make yourself a cup of tea and a piece of toast to warm up in the afternoon - all included in the price of your room! Free international calls to landlines from your room was also a first for me in a city hotel.

Staff were very friendly - they made restaurant reservations for us (you must eat at Teplo - only 5 minutes walk away on the other side of St. Issacs). No problem in leaving bags for the day and then coming back for tea and toast before our train to Moscow!

We stayed at Casa Leto for 2 nights at room Rastrelli.
There are many pros to this place:
1- Great staff- very helpful with all our questions: restaurants, little market to buy caviar and vodka, which cab to call.
2- Room is simply decorated but nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is brand new and big with Molton Brown shower products!!! You can actually buy them for the same US price.
3- FREE wi-fi and international calls, which was very convenient to us. No charge, no questions asked.
4- 1 block away from St Isaac Cathedral and few walking blocks from Hermitage.
5- They arrange a array of services if desired: tours, transfer, spa, ballet tickets and other things.
6- Breakfast was good and snacks/refreshments available all day.
7- Bar
We just wised we could have stayed longer.
