I booked this hotel from its website in October for a trip in May. Got an email confirmation and a good rate. The day before we were leaving, I was emailing the concierge about a restaurant and got an email back saying they had no record. of my reservation. After frantic phone calls and emails it was finally straightened out but at a higher price. More emails, finally ok. The hotel is very beautiful and luxurious, but our double room was very small. Ok for us, but our friends who are larger people found it uncomfortable. When we talked to the manager about our reservation woes, he kindly treated us to dinner for four at the hotel restaurant.
