Top of the range service if not a little scared when dealing with customers who expect the best. Check out review of old customs house too in st Petersburg as its run by same group and so expect same quality and high prices. Food excellent, go Russian try the spade Olivier, some blinis and caviar, pelmeni, sturgeon or rack of lamb cooked less well done to a Russian would prefer. All excellent.
