“A part of history”
Reviewed October 3, 2012

This nearly 100 year old ice breaker is worth a visit, to take a look at the ship that was used by the Soviets in so many political shows of dramatic Arctic rescues, and during WW2. Amazing technology for its age, and a trip down cold war memory lane with a Soviet-style museum that has been unaffected by modern times. Well worth admission price!

Stop during the night city tour - listened to the icebreker's story, took some pictures, and enjoyed the great view
