Being originally form St.Petersburg I moved to Moscow some Tina ago.And have to stay in hotels when I come to native city. I was here for the wedding celebration which was done in the hotel and it was convenient to stay. I can say only positive about front desk as they were pretty helpful in changing the room with 2 single beds for the one with 1 queen size and organizing ironing. However this is not more than 3 star hotel, rather old fashioned with loads of tourist groups. Towels are small, slippers and bathrobes are not provided even though I am quite used to getting this staying in 4 star hotels in europe. Breakfast is ugly, restaurant is overcrouded, dirty, and 40 minutes before breakfast ends half of meals ( very few offered we finished). We paid over 200 $ per night - for the same amount I staid in super hotel in city center with free spa and much better rooms ( that was April 2012). Moreover I is pretty far from city center, so consider paying 15+$ for taxi it city center.
