Clean, comfortable and efficient is what you'd expect of a hotel like this. What set it apart was the manager's unflustered front of house performance during a city-wide power cut. A model of professionalism and leadership. Bravo!

The hotel itself is exactly as one would expect for this price and from such a well-known chain. It is clean with good-sized, well appointed rooms & the breakfast buffet is good. What sets it apart is the excellent manager, Jens, who genuinely takes an interest in guests & their well-being. In the lobby you will find a leaflet advertising the manager's 100% satisfaction guarantee. Jens is a hands-on, visible presence: a manager for whom nothing is too much trouble, but who makes it look effortless. In a city where things can feel alien, he is a reassuring presence. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this hotel from the 2nd till the 5th of August and I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel, it's in the city centre near all the shops, market, restaurants, banks whatever you need it's there within a few steps.
Check was by a young gentleman Ivan still in training but he was helpful and speaks good English, in this hotel they register you visa for you so no need to worry about that.
The room and the bathroom were very clean and my linen was changed once while I was there, The complimentary breakfast was excellent both with light and cooked items, this was my first time in Russia, I have stayed in Radisson Hotels before and I can safely say that this hotel is up to the Western standards.

Very good location - in the center of the city. Nice, very clean and quite rooms, despite of location and noise from roads and cars.Good restaurant, high food quality. Acceptable bar, high quality of drinks and extremely high price level - according to any local place.Very good service and friendly, English speaking staff. Overall - the same high Radisson level as everywhere in the world :-)

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center with all the sightseeing spots within walking distance. This Radisson met all my expectations. Very nice room with confy bed, bathroom with all you need in perfect order even equipped with heating floor. Wi-Fi is free and stable. B-fast is just perfect and café was never crowded. One strange point is sockets above the table which are most convenient to use are apparently only become operational when main room switch is on which also puts all the lights on. Didn’t find how to fight it so just lived with it. All the rest is just as right as it gets and this hotel will definitely be my No 1 reference when I’ll be back to Kaliningrad.

Radisson Kaliningrad is one of the best hotels in Kalinigrad-new and fresh. Nice rooms, good breakfast, central location. The only down is absence of aqua zone and swimming pool. But you can find that at Kaizerhoff hotel which has a great aqua zone

Me and my colleagues stayed in Radisson in April 2013 and I can say that the hotel is good for business meeting: well equipped conference rooms of different sizes, decent breakfasts and coffee-breaks, ok buffet diner. Rooms are specious with all the necessary stuff (toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, ironing board and iron, etc etc) wi-fi is high speed. Personnel is attentive and efficient.
