Connected to the AD hotel, the service and attitude throughout the complex reminds us of the reasons we need to highlight basic customer service principles. Terrible service is a hallmark here. Although pre- arranged and booked, we waited 15 minutes after being seated for a waitress. The restaurant was no crowded; but no staff on sight most of the evening. Music so loud you couldn’t hear your table partner or even your own thoughts! Do not eat (or stay at the hotel) here unless you enjoy bad service and mediocre food.
