I have been to this place many times, I don't recommend this place. The waiters can be mean and strict when you are just asking a simple question and they don't have air conditioning so I was dying of heat. The area is small and tight. The food was alright. Left with dissatisfaction.

Good evening, David!

I'm dreadfully sorry for disappointing you. To be honest it's our main goal is to treat every guest with care to make you feel as you're at home. This Anderson is rather small, but usually guests talk about its cosy atmosphere. By the way, there is an air conditioning system and you can always ask to switch it on.

Hope to see you soon!

Best regards, AnderSon team

A Nice, cosy place. Each part of the interior is really carefully planned - from soft pillows on the couches to pretty books and toys on the windowsills. There are even books in English, which is cool!
The tea is really aromatic (I guess it's their specialty tea), the cheesecake is creamy and they have the most delicious pastry.
I wish i found myself in this area more often! The good thing is that I am often in the area of the other two cafes of this chain. Hopefully, they are even better!

I went there because I was staying very close by. First important the service is very good, the people working there are very friendly and pleasant. Some of them speak some english and will try their best to put you at ease with your order. I had a fresh squeeze juice, excellent. I had two dishes, the caesar salad with chicken small but good. I took also fettuccine with salmon and red caviar. again good but small. I have to say it was well prepared, no too much salt in the pasta so the red caviar could be enjoy when popping in the mouth. The ambiance is nice, I have seen young professional coming there. It is a small place kind of not easy to find. The ambiance is nice and they have wifi for people who cannot live without. On my way out I took a pastry to go (chocolate with nuts, they call it the potato, I think). The food was good , service was good, but 4 things, 1500 rubles without tip. I put a good tip because the service was very good and friendly. I would go back if I have the opportunity.

The place is absolutely family-friendly though it's not easy to find (unlike other cafes of the same chain which are more central).

I was there with my mum and sister. My mum had japanese dumplings and special milkshake (which was not that good - it is better to go for simpler ones). My sister had wonderful cake and cold coffee with orange (also a dubious choice).

I had borscht with quince and smoked bacon and kiwi lemonade. Both were great though borscht would be even more delicious if served with bread.

Suddenly I saw a fly in my borscht, I told the waitress afterwards, they were very apologetic and gave us a box of cakes as a sign of apology. This I call customer service!
