Clearly a tremendous amount of design has gone into this restaurant, but you can still sit reasonably comfortably whilst you eat.
Service was attentive and not too obtrusive, but, as usual in Russia, not many smiles.
The food was generally very good, but I do get miffed when restaurants give you a "pre-appetiser" that is the same dish as you ordered as a starter. Not very clever.
The Vitello Tonnato was good both times, and I also enjoyed the home-made tagliatelle with porcini and morels. Being greedy, I also ordered the Fegato alla Veneziana (calf's liver), which was slightly overcooked, but enjoyable.
The desserts looked good, but I had no room left to try them...
