“One of best hotels in Moscow”
Reviewed January 25, 2013

I spent there two nights with my wife. The hotel is perfectly located in the center, service and rooms were of high quality. The room and bathroom had a good size and we slept very well. I visited the gym which had plenty of equipment and was not overcrowded (Saturday afternoon). The breakfast menu was rich and delicous. We even received a nice welcome drink and chocolate. This Hyatt is on the higher priced side, but you also receive good value compared to other hotels in Moscow. If you are okay with the price, I highly recommend to stay there.

I am staying at Park Hyatt Moscow for my business trips. It is located in the close proximity to the Red Square and all the nice restaurants. The rooms are of a good size and always have fresh fruit and an Illy coffee machine. The stuff is very attentive and will go to great length to satisfy all your needs and requests. Excellent spa and swimming pool as well as the gym. Definitely highly recommended!

Just stayed here for NewYears. Exceptionally convenient location, can walk and or take the subway to all the major attractions of Moscow. Room was spacious, new and well cared for and with fourth night free courtesy of Amex ended up being reasonable for Moscow. Just don't eat in the hotel as prices are absurd. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Room Tip: Amex upgrade and fourth night free.

Hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city as most of the main attractions are within the walking distance, it really doesn't get much better than this. (only drawback being that one has to rely on public transportation for getting to the airport as the streets surrounding it are constantly cramped with traffic).
I've stayed in a newly renovated deluxe room, which was exceptionally spacious, beautifully styled and very well equipped (tea making machine, illy coffee machine, ipod docking station, toaster, microwave and a fridge - and I suspect that this might not be a typical delux room). Rooms are cleaned twice a day, including change of linens and towels.
The best thing about this hotel, though is service. I've got ill during my stay in Moscow, so I've spent most of the time in the hotel, and had the feeling the staff did their best to make me feel good. It's difficult to single out one thing, but it's definitely the first hotel in Moscow I've stayed in that does not have the typical "russian" service feel to it, but very warm, caring, professional and very responsive.
Would seriously recommend it to everyone, although a bit pricey it's way above the standards of majority of Moscow hotels.

I really like the other Park Hyatts I've stayed in, but not this one. The hotel lacks atmosphere, and the rooms feel slightly "bling". I've stayed twice, and both times have felt thoroughly ripped off with their charges. If it were not for the Hyatt loyalty scheme I wouldn't consider going back..

The Ararat Park Hyatt is a world class hotel in a prime Moscow location. Well appointed, modern, luxurious and fairly spacious rooms - I had a renovated room with a fantastic control system for thermostat, lights and shades; also had a large Samsung flat screen with plenty of English TV channels; Wifi worked well (throughout the hotel). Bathroom also nice, although too many mirrors and somewhat weak water pressure in the rain shower. Great gym with extensive selection of modern cardio and weight machines. Tried several of the hotel restaurants and service is top notch everywhere (and staff is overall extremely friendly and helpful - a noticeable contrast to the average Muscovite).
- Sunday brunch is an impressive event. Incredible variety of food and delicacies (meet, pasta, fish/sushi, various desserts and blini station, etc); plus all you can drink. However, you pay for this experience (~$140)
- Armenian restaurant on the ground floor is fairly good (recommend the lamb kebab), but once again, overpriced
- Bar and terrace on the 10th floor has impressive views of the Bolshoi and Kremlin (although not as impressive as the Ritz); prices again will set you back for either food or drinks, but nevertheless a pleasant place for a nightcap

Overall, wonderful hotel and great place to stay in Moscow but on someone else's dime.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt for a week which was pleasant experience. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist. For example, I was waiting in line at checkin and another staff member appeared out of blue to ask how they can they help. The location is perfect for anyone looking for close proximity to Red Square which is just a short walk. Furthermore, very close to several restaurants, bars and high-end shopping. My room was well equipped with rather cool technology to manage all the lighting and temperature bedside, plus illy espresso machine. However, I found the 10th lounge rather boring, and is probably well suited for a quick business meeting.
