Owner description: Moscow's most famous historical and political landmark, the Kremlin is a walled-in complex of cathedrals, palaces and government offices, with several buildings open to the public, including the Armoury, Patriarch's Palace and the State Kremlin Palace.

Lenin's tomb is free to enter - the rest you need to pay for. My suggestion is to pay for an Armoury ticket and just wander round the Kremlin while you wait for your time slot - the cathedrals were not quite worth the entrance fee.

After the Red Sq with St Basil's Cathedral this is the top sight. The cathedrals in the Kremlin totally defy description. I feel like ending my review here because it has to be seen. Walking around is nearly serene apart from thoughts on the history of Russia and you do not even realise you are in a big city. Beautiful gardens too. Take your time. Walking around and marveling at the interior of the cathedrals. Also standing on the 'cathedral square' - you feel as if you don't want the moment to end.

An amazing place to visit. Lots of small churches. Interesting history in the museum. The gold and diamond tour was also interesting. We had a lovely time in Moscow and very big. What a beautiful city and nice people.
