“An excellent evening on victory day”
Reviewed September 21, 2013

The victory park in Moscow is well designed & very big . The museum is the highlight of the park with 3 d paintings which are really great & must see. The park is well planned & con hold very large gatherings as seen on the victory day celebrations.in April 2013. The firework display was great & well worth waiting & watching. The problem is only on returning as the near by metro stations were closed to keep the swelling crowd in an orderly way. The visitors had to walk approx. 6 km to the metro station which was open .

“Awe-inspiring Monument and Park!”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

An amazing park that is large. The indescribable main monument area has hardly any shade and stairs. So patrons who have mobility issues might want to have a plan B. There is lots to see including the monument and a museum. Or you can just linger by the fountains and watch the roller bladers. There are lots of food kiosks when you get into the green space of the park.

“Not to miss for history enthusiasts”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

This is a place not to miss by any history enthusiast. Great collection of Soviet and German weaponry and military hardware. The open-air museum is also one of the favourite among children, especially boys. Do not miss the chance to visit the WWII museum which is in a separate building.

“Stunning War Memorial”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

If you have an interest in the history of the Great Patriotic War (World War 11) or Russian history this is not to be missed. In a beautiful parkland setting which contains memorials, and an open air museum of trains, tanks and military vehicles and aircraft as well as recreation of the bunkers used in the defence of the Soviet Union. The main building is over four floors and is one of the most beautiful war memorials I have ever seen. We were the only foreigners visiting and we were considered a bit of a rarity. The souvenir shop in the basement is worth a visit for some unusual souvenirs

“Ok but visit Gorky Park as well”
Reviewed September 7, 2013

This is a park near the Kremlin and Red Square and is beautifully planted. Also restaurants and excellent views. But make sure you visit the well known Gorky Park nearby
