An amazing park that is large. The indescribable main monument area has hardly any shade and stairs. So patrons who have mobility issues might want to have a plan B. There is lots to see including the monument and a museum. Or you can just linger by the fountains and watch the roller bladers. There are lots of food kiosks when you get into the green space of the park.

This is a place not to miss by any history enthusiast. Great collection of Soviet and German weaponry and military hardware. The open-air museum is also one of the favourite among children, especially boys. Do not miss the chance to visit the WWII museum which is in a separate building.

If you have an interest in the history of the Great Patriotic War (World War 11) or Russian history this is not to be missed. In a beautiful parkland setting which contains memorials, and an open air museum of trains, tanks and military vehicles and aircraft as well as recreation of the bunkers used in the defence of the Soviet Union. The main building is over four floors and is one of the most beautiful war memorials I have ever seen. We were the only foreigners visiting and we were considered a bit of a rarity. The souvenir shop in the basement is worth a visit for some unusual souvenirs

This is a park near the Kremlin and Red Square and is beautifully planted. Also restaurants and excellent views. But make sure you visit the well known Gorky Park nearby

It wasn't on our plan but we managed to fit it in. So glad we did. he gardens are full of sculptures, ww2 artillery and of course memorials. The museum itself is also worth a visit as some of the labelling is in English. The dioramas are amazing.
