“Good in the Snow”
Reviewed February 10, 2014

Nice park, just a couple of stops on the Metro from the main city centre tourist attractions. We went in February 2014, when there was still plenty of snow, making for a very picturesque scene.

Numerous stalls available for food and drinks, the location of the Radisson river cruise boats, and the largest ice skating rink i've ever seen.

A magical experience walking through the park in the snow with the sun shining and a wonderful blue sky.
Attractions closed except for the skating rink.

“Go for the Ice skating!”
Reviewed January 22, 2014

The ice skating is superb! They have skate rental and locker rental. But the skate rental money is actually just a deposit and will be returned if you take your entry card and skate receipt back to the cashier. The prices go up in the evening and are a little more on the weekend. The park is supposed to be spectacular with all the skating trails lit up. We went during the day and there was plenty of people especially for a beginning skater like me. The earlier you go the better shape the ice is and the few people are out. Super fun!

“Nice park”
Reviewed January 9, 2014

If you like to ice skate, you want to visit this park in the winter so you can ice skate on the largest iceskating rink in Eastern Europe. Just beautiful to see in the winter with the snow falling. There are also cafés located in the park to escape from the cold and eat.

“A good walk”
Reviewed December 16, 2013

Though we visited in December so most things were closed it was still nice to walk in the snow and be surrounded by trees - a nice break from the city streets. Cafes were open - though we didn't go in any - and there were others around. I bet it's beautiful in the summer.
