“Good enough to eat!”

No one could visit Moscow and come away not having seen this icon. Ubiquitous on the horizon as you wander around, there are multiple angles from which to get good shots. It is like something out of a fairy tale! We did not go inside as it seemed crowded, but it is the outside that stuns.

“Wow.. Oh Yes”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

It is stunning. A sight I dreamed of seeing in person for years and feel lucky to have been there in person.

Really (for me anyway) the excitement is outside... Inside is ok but I could take it or leave it... The dilemma is you can't go all the way to Moscow and not go inside... Can you???

“The Beauty of Moscow in Red Square”
Reviewed September 5, 2013 via mobile

The picturesque Cathedral is second only to the Vatican from the outside. Not much to see on the inside but it is one place that is tourist friendly and worth the visit!

You see this iconic cathedral in almost every post card from Moscow, but to see it in person, just takes your breath away!

“Moscow's signature monument”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

There’s nothing quite like this….with its domed turrets and bright colours, the exterior is spellbinding making it the most visible of Moscow's monuments. Take a tour inside too. Up the spiral staircases, through narrow winding passageways, its beautiful murals ,and if you’re patient enough you might get the chance to hear cappella singing by an all male choir that is quite remarkable.
