Very nice place. Nice piano bar. Polite and helpful personel. Metro station just across the street. The super hudge, relaxing and beautiful Izmajlovo Park near by. I'd stay again. Thanks Alfa Hotel

We had only one night at the hotel but it was really a perfect hotel to spend in Moscow. The hotel is bit away from the centre but blue line #3's Partizanskaya metro station is just in front of the hotel. The same metro line crosses two major stations of moscow railway such as Kurskaya & Kievskaya.
We had a standard room on 10th floor overlooking to the city skyline & the park beside. Room was spacious with a seperate seating and all the amenities. Check-in was also faster & the hotel allowed us 2hrs of early check-in.
City centre can be reached with in like 20-25 minutes by metro and one way ticket is just RUB 55.
There are restaurants, supermarkets around the hotel that you can choose to eat outside if the booking is only Room only. Though it is a 4 stars hotel, nearby restaurants are not really pricey.
Staff speaks english & hotel has a good security system too.
In brief,a cosy, classy & a worthy hotel for an affordable price in Moscow where you will find many small and basic hotels in the centre for higher prices.

Room tip: Standard rooms on upper floors are less expensive but really good.

This hotel was originally part of the Olympic village and therefore has some attention to detail often overlooked in most medium priced hotels elsewhere in Moscow. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms clean. Several restaurants but they are not exciting. 30 floors, lots of empty function rooms, many staff but only a few with English. At the price point I would say this is a good choice in Moscow and would rank it as perhaps two to three stars compared to a European hotel.

Although this hotel is a little outside the city centre, the metro of a very convenient line is literally right across the entrance of the hotel.
This hotel has lots of facilities (restaurants, gym, coffee houses) inside as well as lots of thngs outside - like more restos and supermarkets.
Not all the rooms are refurbished so do make sure to ask for one that it.
The Izmailogo Park - AMAZING! It is a forest like part that stretches very far and is really one of the most beautiful parks in Moscow i think.
The location is a bit far out of centre, but honestly the metro is very convenient.

Room tip: Ask for one of the refurbished rooms, as they had not finished refurbishing the rooms yet when we were there
