I've travelled on business to Moscow and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It is located in the very center of the city, close to major sightseeing places. My room was big, with a huge bathroom. Delicious, outstanding breakfast. Great service everywhere. Nice music in the restaurant in the morning, many plants and flowers. I was given a room with the courtyard window and slept nicely all nights.

Well located downtown close to the Kremlin as well as the pedestrian area downtown. Most of the services are available if you arrive late in the night .
Rooms are clean, brand new, large with a large bathroom.
Very convenient for a business trip as not so far by Taxi from the railway station where the train express to the airport is arriving and departing.

Excellent hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. It is located in the nice area, the heart of Moscow, close to the Bolshoy theatre, 10 minutes walking distance to the Red Square, close to TSUM - luxury shopping mall, Kamergersky per. - street with cafes and restaurants.

The rooms are clean, nice, quite spacious and cosy, with big windows, some facing Louboutin shoe shop :) Furnished in classic style. There is a king bed with extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, 2 bedside tables with drawers, working desk, chair, armchair, small table, chest of drawers, wardrobe with ironing pad and iron if you need. Also there is a safe, big TV, cattle with daily supply of tea and coffee, conditioner.

Bathroom is made of marble so it is natural conditioner and cooler, very pleasant for bare foot walking. There is a bathtub, shower is with the hose, magnifying mirror, fan. Basic daily supply of necessary cosmetic stuff.

Breakfast is a truly pleasant experience in the beginning of the day. The restaurant is located in the middle area of hotel with the glass roof on the top. Everybody is personally greeted and accompanied to the table, so nice touch!
Food is delicious, cuts of good cheese and meats, smoked salmon, sturgeon, big choice of fruits, drinks, yoghurts, bran, etc. Fresh omelette. Fine music is included.
Besides that there are few more restaurants in the hotel.
Room service food is also great but too overpriced (not very wise of hotel). There is a great range of restaurants with wonderful choice and free home delivery, so it is not competitive.
There is also an evening VIP lounge with free internet, drinks and snacks on the top floor.

Housekeeping is great, twice a day, very discreet and effective with some pleasant details for the guests.

Hotel also has good gym and pool with jakuzzi.
We really enjoyed stay there. Probably, the best hotel from our experience. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice hotel, nothing is fake in here, only true luxe is included. As you would expect from a hotel of this range in Russia, ladies at the desk are very pretty and fluent in english.

Rooms are large enough for business trip, very confortable.

Price is high but due to the location it was expected, be prepare to pay the big price for every extras such as mini-bar, breakfast, internet etc...

If you don't arrive here in a Mercedes you will feel poor! (if this happens to you, take a taxi out of the city and go visit true people of Russia)

If you can afford it, GO!

This was an ideal first stop for my week long tour of Russia. The front desk was prompt, efficient and upgraded me to a superior room with two sngle beds which was great for my daughter and I. The beds were excellent and the room very large and spacious The breakfast was very sumptuous and there were so many fresh fruits to take away for our all day sightseeing trips. The health club and hot water tub were soothing getaways during our busy days. Situated next to the BOLSHOI theatre and TSUM department stores, this hotel is also in the heart of the chic restaurant and other shopping areas. Very safe to walk around and all round excellent value for money,.
