Impressively large and comfortable rooms, wide windows brighten up the room during the day. Bathrooms are very clean and fresh towels are provided everyday. Most service staff do not speak english. Hotel room does not provide kettle, so getting hot/warm water to make coffee/tea is rather troublesome. Breakfast menu hardly changes, so expect the same things everyday.

Hotel located in a lovely quiet spot, and is near the more crowded Arbat street, which is lined with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops.

Room Tip: Corner rooms have more windows and is much brighter

Wonderfully located as a easy walk to the Moscow River and the various sights. Take Arbat Unitas and you will be impressed with the markets and architecture. Lots of food spots too. Standard room was comfortable enough with a clean and well spaced bathroom. No tea making facilities which was a pain and if you want to iron anything you head to an ironing room on level 2. INTERNET only in the lobby which was a real pain and quite slow - faster in Mongolia!!
Although we were were at breakfast right on opening the food was warm at best. A good selection though.

Room clean, location is really good. But there is no wi fi in Hotel. I asked and the answer was so interesting. They have just 1st and 2nd floor. I thought is joke but it was not. 21st century and there is no WiFi one of city hotel in the middle of moscow.
Dear management think big and work on it.
Reception personal is so polite and helpful. But from main gate to reception you will pass 3 gangster act of men. They are not smiley even they will no answer you if you will say them hello. They are not helping you if you have big luggage even they will not open the door. Be ready for these unpolite persons.

Truly a warm place. Staff at reception very helpful, even though language was a problem with some of them. But no issues at all. Was allowed an early hassle free check in.
Location is excellent, next to the famous old Arbat street--a cobblestone street that is lined with many cafes and souvenir stalls. Try 'My My' cafe. Street comes alive in the evening with performing artists. A metro station is within 15 minutes of walk from the hotel.
Rooms are spacious and well heated. But no free wi-fi in the rooms, which was a disappointment. Also it would be great if they include complimentary water bottles as part of room supplies. The day I reached, there was one bottle kept, but no more after that.
Breakfast is okay. One can order an omelette or fried eggs from the kitchen,
Overall a very good experience

Well located in a quiet spot at the western end of the pedestrian Arbat Street (also near vehicular New Arbat Street) - both have many eating places and Tourist shops. Area comes alive after dark - street illuminated displays. Our visit coincided with the City celebrating its 870th anniversary so everyone was in the mood to enjoy themselves anyway - but responsibly - the police were there to ensure that.
Comfortable bedroom, all the facilities you could reasonably want are provided. Very good, comprehensive buffet breakfasts set us up for the day. Also enjoyed several nice evening meals during our six night stay. Staff extremely helpful and they all ensured our holiday as tourists (aged late seventies) was a complete success. Even helped us to book our flight seats back to LGW and print off online boarding passes.
A very old quality modern hotel, tastefully decorated, well managed and we highly recommend it.
