A beautiful spot in a beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. I have been there twice. I went there last night and they had live music which was subtle and unobtrusive. Food is acceptable, but not great. I had the black ink risotto and the filet of sole...risotto needed salt and some depth of flavor, it was unidimensional. The sole was a little bit over cooked and mushy. The beggies covering the fish did not add eye appeal or flavor. Companion had the octopus in a spicy red sauce that was really good. The dessert of panna cotta with blackberries was very nice. What is disappointing in Moscow restaurants, and Buono is no exception, is the absurd wine prices with little selection. KInda ruins the whole deal. But, I guess, if you are going to live in Moscow, you better get used to the idea.

This is a great alternative for a good business dinner with good views of Moscow on a clear day, good menu and service. The restaurant is located on the top floor of Ukraina Hotel. Nice italian menu and selection of wine..

Before I start - a disclaimer... In Moscow everything that is remotely upscale is expensive... This goes for food, and especially wine... Buono is not cheap but in my opinion it is worth it...

Buono is one of my favorite restaurants in Moscow. Located on the 30th floor of the historic 1950s skyscraper it has great food and efficient service. It is a good place for business meetings, both lunch and dinner. It is a good place to hang out with the family and kids on the weekend.

Food is fresh, well prepared and tastes well. Try crab salad with avocado, or grilled octopus or a pizza - I have never been disappointed..

Views are fantastic - you can (and should) walk around and enjoy the views over Moscow.

Service is attentive and efficient.

I would strongly recommend reservations for dinner. Ask for tables with a view.

In an amazingly beautiful hotel - one of Stalin's 7 star buildings. This Ginza Project restaurant, while pricey (and everything is pricey in Moscow) is fantastic. Excellent service, decent wine list (haven't found a good wine list in Moscow yet - glad I like Chilean and Argentinean). Had a wonderful solo Mother's Day lunch (U.S. Mother's Day). Staff was very attentive, food was wonderful. Was memorable for me. VIEW IS AMAZING!
