After living in Moscow almost 3 years, we have regularly complained about not having this or that. As usual, it is just because we are unaware of what is out there. We finally started using Trip Advisor for Moscow and found Mr. Lee. What a nice discovery.
There is one Trip Advisor review someone has written that is great and very inclusive. They have detailed very accurately the experience of Mr. Lee and all we can do is endorse what they have offered.
Additionally, our experience was very good. Our hostess recognized our Americanskyness and seated us with English menus and also was very kind and considerate. At the entrance, they also informed us immediately before seating us of their policy of not accepting plastic.
After giving us a few minutes to recover from the usual Metro travel ordeal, they kindly serviced our appetite with fabulous crab and shrimp egg rolls, wonderful won ton soup and our delectable entrees of Sweet and Sour Shrimp and Pork Ribs along with a portion of coconut rice. Also, it must be noted, each of the courses was served in order, on time, very hot and in very generous portions.
While the preparation and presentation of the food was more "chef" than “traditional”, it was undoubtedly some of the most delectable food I have ever enjoyed. Now having this great Chinese restaurant will help me want to visit here again after we leave. If you get anywhere close to the Bolshoi, then just know, you are within a stones’ throw of Mr. Lee and you need to visit if you want to warm up with some delicious Asian cuisine.
