I was in salute hotel during fifa world cup
It was very very crowded but the service is good.... regarding location, the hotel is far away from the downtown but they offer a free shuttle bus to the metro station every 15 min...the breakfast was bad and has no variety....by the way I think it will be better after world cup

Stayed here for 11 nights with a group of 85 visiting Russia to play in the Spasskaya Tower Military Tattoo.
Comfortable rooms, nothing special but rooms equipped with mini fridge and kettle.
Food was ok, a little different from the normal English diet , with boiled sausages and scrambled egg that came in a big block to cut from-but passable, coffee was good though. Plenty of food available but just unusual unless you’re Russian I suppose.
Lifts were always busy at main times to get to breakfast, but then 11 other big bands were also staying at the hotel and some were bigger than ours, same if an evening upon return to the hotel.

Breakfast had enough varieties to chose. Free shuttle services to Yugo Zapyana smetro station did run every 15 minutes.
The concierge people really did amazing job they were very friendly and very helpful in providing information to many sites in Moscow.
Changing money at the bank branch which is at the back was seamless with no questions.

This is a hotel that tries hard to be special, but its layout is unpractical and facilities just average. The cooperate with the gym in the basement if you want to work out or swim, but it's quite pricey. The food here is also not that much to write home about, and the location is really out of the city. You need to walk 15 mins to the metro and then another 30 minutes from there to get to the city centre.

5 min ride to nearest metro station . Hotel shuttle stop around 9 pm. so u can use uber .

Huge and impersonal - the good things are that the rooms and bathrooms were relatively neat and clean and the free shuttle to the nearby Yugo Zapadnaya metro station. Otherwise, it was apparent that the staff were under huge stress trying to handle the influx of guests - clearly not equipped to handle high occupancy. Slow service at reception, in the bars, in the restaurants, everywhere. Even the lifts take time to arrive! There is also a weird smell in the corridors.The location is good for Luzhniki stadium and for Vnukovo Airport, not for the city centre. There are very few restaurants or bars within walking distance.
