We booked this hostel based on photos we saw on different websites and their claim to have recently been renovated. Looked good, but when we arrived we found that the hostel was under renovation NOT that it was already done. We were put in a dorm room with no flooring (only the underfloor was there) and the door was missing the bottom foot or so, so that you could clearly see and hear what was going on in the hall with th door closed. The hall way had 5 workers painting, drilling and tearing up flooring so you can imagine how loud it was when we wanted to sleep after traveling for 26 hrs. The lights went out twice in the first 10 minutes and the wifi was very unreliable. The bathroom had 2 stalls and when I opened the door to the first it was piled with drywall and paint cans up to the ceiling. The showers were dirty and the kitchen was one rusty hot plate, a microwave and a sink. I have travelled all over the world and never stayed in such a rip off in my life! Luckily, the front desk guy gave us our money back and we were able to go somewhere else. I don't k ow where they got those pictures on the website from, but let me tell you that the hostel didn't look anything like that!
