I stayed here 3 times already! Dec.2010, Jun2011 and Nov.2011!
The Front office staffs are excellent, very helpful. Has a very good gym equipment and a nice swimming pool, didn't use them though, but will be nice for relaxing.
Buffet breakfast is very good, so many choices and very good service.
The free wifi only in the lobby but it's good enough. Check out the bar beside the front office!
Definitely will come back here, if I get my visa next January 2013!

Location, you need to walk about 10to 15 minutes to Dynamo metro station. 1 station to Beloruskaya then from here you can take an airport train to Sheremetyevo Airport, very easy connection!

The Renaissance Monarch MOscow is a very good hotel, with great service and great amenities. The gym is better than average hotel gym, and the indoor swimming pool is very nice. Rooms are modern and well equiped, with very comfortable beds. Food is good, specially the breakfast buffet, but it has some details that are really absurd, like paying 6 or 7 Euro for an expresso coffee in the breakfast buffet, which should be included.
INternet is free in the lobby which is very convenient however slow, but you can use it without any problem.
In general, Moscow is a very expensive city regarding food and lodging , so this hotel has a descent price for MOscow standards.
My experience was good and will return.

Stayed here for 4 times now and every time is a pleasure. Very modern hotel with great spacious rooms. The internet isnt cheap but extremely fast. The restaurant is of very high quality. Best place for me to sleep in Moscow!

The Hotel is really to be recommended for a nice stay in Moscow. The staff is very friendly, some times their English could be better. The Food is excellent in quality and the Mosaik restaurant is defenitely worth a visit.
The rooms are quite spacious and with nice and modern bathrooms. The bed is comfortable to sleep in.

The air conditioning is a tricky machine and does not always do what you want. Also during wintertime it can be quite cold as the windows are not too good. However this can be coped with the thick blanket.

What is outrageous is the price for the internet, as in many of these Hotels, you only get free wireless access in the lobby. The access in the room is too expensive for the quality.

We stayed in the Renaissance Moscow for a business trip.

The hotel overall is clean and comfortable. There is not much to do nearby, and taking a walk to explore in the middle of Russian winter proved difficult.

In-Room dining and the hotel bars are outrageously overpriced; but so is most of Moscow.

I don't recommend staying here if you want to visit Red Square, the Kremlin, St. Basil's Cathedral, etc. A taxi ride can take over 1 hour, and is quite expensive. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but with the unpredictable Moscow traffic; it's a gamble whether or not the shuttle will pick you up on time. Not a risk you want to take in the middle of winter.

You should also keep in mind that the 30 km ride from the airport to the hotel can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. Moscow traffic is HORRIBLE, so you should make sure to allow yourself plenty of time when heading back to the airport.

Again at Moscow for a business trip, the hotel was really lovely, well maintained, the room is really big, modernly furnished, staff are very polite and helpful, specially front desk staff they are really helpful and smiling, special thanks to Sergey for his real help and assistance I faced a problem with package sent by courier before my arrival and he was very keen to help me till I received it, he is an asset to the hotel, service at breakfast restaurant was really good, fast and efficient, only one comment that the lobby bar is offering only snacks till 11 PM and closing totally at midnight which was not convenient for me as I used to stay at the lobby handling some business issues through the mail and Internet ( free Wi Fi only by the lobby). Overall service was very good, I would recommend the hotel certainly to me friends and colleagues

I stayed a few times in the hotel on business as we have a corporate rate. The hotel is relative close to SVO airport comparing to other decent hotels in the city. The hotel has an excellent breakfast with red caviar, cheese and cold meat. This is a relatively new hotel with comfortable bed. The only problem is that the nearest metro station is about 15 minutes by walk and there are not many places to eat nearby.
