The gorge itself is nice, not so special though. The stream is not clean and seems to be polluted from the town upstream of the gorge. Easy walk along the stream about 1.5 km, long and steep climbing from both sides to get on top, worth the view from up above. You can find several caves along the way.
There is a pub/restaurant at the bottom of the gorge offering some nice meals and camping (they spoke English). They dont have a flat surface to camp on, wanted 10 lei per tent or 20 lei per tent+shower, they have new showers inside and OK toilets. Optional camping is on a parking lot 300m back which seems to be used a lot more than this place. They also seem to offer staying in small cabins (we did not ask), some of them were falling apart though. They had not responded to our email communication before we went.
