This is the second time I visited this reastaurant -no disappoinment.
We were received friendly, got a choice of tables and were attended to immediately.
The waitress explained us thoroughly (in French) what was particular in each dish and each one of us got what we were expecting.
I am a fanatic of fish tartar and I have to say we get better at home -my wife KNOWS how it should be prepared but she might be the only one.
Also the specifics of Kangaroo steak were very well brought out and my companion was very satisfied.
And beef was good, so I heard.
My Legine has a tender taste and I felt that the chef had treated it with respect. Nothing complicated, everything there to boost the taste.
The courses were quite rich, so desserts were a bit forced...not because of the cooking but because the limitations of our stomachs.
I have had in another restaurant the waitress go "BOOO" when she brought the "Assiette Surprise". Maybe a joke reserved for an anglophone, I do not know.
The end verdict is: This resto has remained as good as its reputation.
Enough said. You won't be sorry!
