My husband and I were first given a gift card to this great Inn for our wedding in 2004. From that time until mid 2007, we frequented the Aurora Inn on 3 different occasions, until our move to NC.

The service was excellent and the rooms were eloquently decorated and extremely clean. We loved our morning coffee/tea service that came directly to our room each morning. It let us awake in our lounge wear and enjoy our morning beverages without having to dress for public to get a coffee.

We have visited several other Inns throughout NY & NC and by far none have compared to the superb attention to detail that this Inn provides!

We visited for the first time just my husband and I looking forward To some great wines, good food and some quiet moments. The inn has it all and so much more.....We plan to return ASAP with our 4 adult children! much to do and wonderful space to also do nothing... Full of friendly people. Only slight complaint was coffee was only fair....( I love and look forward to many cups in a day...)

Went to the Aurora Inn for brunch with a party of 15. Sat down at a reserved table on the veranda. That was the only good part. The rolled up silverware had no spoon. The waitress took our order claiming that she was never wrong and all orders would be correct. When the breakfasts came, ALL were wrong, The waitress made no effert to correct any of the orders, blaiming the errors on the "kitchen". When we asked for spoons to stir our coffee, the waitress came back with 3 spoons for 15 people. Needless to say, we were all very disappointed.

Our business moved us from the West Coast to Philadelphia approx 5 years ago and we quickly discovered the FInger Lakes and love the area (and the winemakers and wines!).

We FINALLY found a hotel as lovely as the area... in the Aurora Inn! It's a class act with a lot of heart! Kudos to the managers and Wells College. We'll be back - and often!
